Step 1:
Place Comfort pad on floor. White side of pad facing you while green side facing the floor
Step 2:
Step on pad. Select a toe you want to put through the ring of pad.
Step 3:
Put desire toe through the ring of pad.
Step 4:
Make sure ball of foot is cover with the pad and is adjusted to comfort.
Step 5:
Step on floor to get the right feel for the comfort pads. Adjust if needed.
Step 6:
Slide foot in to dance shoes.
