and is part of a large recreation complex, on Pavilion Way, South of
Baristo, between Farrell and Sunrise. The 10,000 square foot hardwood
dance floor is the best in the valley. Over the years, it has
accommodated as many as 300 dancers as well as many other types of events.

Hello all, July calendar is online. We have toning stixs, both levels, and hip scarves. Freestyler Tuesday nights sign up early.
We
are going to Peurto Rico for Zumba and a Salsa Disco party. Wanna go?
Send email and we will provide you with details. Rates will be issued
tomorrow room, flight 3 zumba classes, breakfast Saturday and Sunday,
plus private party (which includes buffet, beverages, salsa bands etc).
15 Rooms based on double occupancy..husbands, family, friends join us.
Sensual Bachata (or not). Monday/Thursday 7pm. Bachata
can be a provocative club dance. Quite useful due to its 4/4 tempo.
In the latin world it is more riske (accent on the 'e ' lol). So bring a
partner or not...Will teach two forms close contact and not ....your
choice. Tonight we learn some fun arm tricks. One hour sensual bachata/rumba Sunday 3:30pm First part of class learn fancy solo footwork
Thursday 7:30 pm Practice
following bachata, bring a partner or meet friends at studio. $5 from
7:30 to 8:30 salsa, bachata, merengue, rumba, wc swing. Practice makes
you more comfortable and confident on the dance floor.
Saturday surprise
after Zumba...a shake party and flirty fitness five minutes... give it a
try . Try our weight loss shakes pineapple choco or strawberry. We
also have a 10 day wt loss program...program works. Pole dance classes
are going great. Classes Saturday and Sunday. Start anytime.
July 23 Barbara Mitchell is Hosting a Zumba Party. Details posted on Front Door 6 instructors. Great Saturday night.

BELOW ARE QUALIFYING EVENTS FOR USA DANCE NATIONAL DANCESPORT CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE IDENTIFIED BY NQE
To participate in 2011 USA Dance National DanceSport Championships,
you must have competed in at least 1 USA Dance NQE within the 12 mos.
immediately preceding Nationals and have competed in the same
partnership and in the same event (style/age/proficiency level) in the
NQE that you intend to enter in the National DS Championships. See Rulebook (Eligibility Criteria 4.2) for details.
USA Dance members are permitted to dance in any events listed below.
Events listed with the designation "**" willl not accrue profiency points and may not follow all rules in the rulebook.
