Incorrect Product or Style Delivered

Our Customer Service team and manufacturer reps are in constant communication to ensure that the product you ordered is delivered to your satisfaction in the style/size/color you selected. If, upon inspection, you discover that the incorrect product has been shipped to you, please contact our 
Customer Service department immediately, to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Returns for Reasons Other than our Error

DanceShoesStore.com is committed to helping you enjoy your dance life by bringing the convenience of the Internet and the quality dance shoes & dancewear together to create a truly superior shopping experience. We make every effort to help you make an informed purchase decision by providing you with complete product information.

However, if you decide you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so within twenty one (21) days of the delivery of your order. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form and return it with the shoes to us. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE. We do not exchange or refund worn shoes, when trying on your shoes, we recommend that you try them on a soft carpet.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHOES ARE RETURNED NEW, UNUSED AND WITH ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Only totally unworn as new shoes will be accepted for return or exchange. PLEASE TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT SOILING OF THE SUEDE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON A HARD SURFACE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT NOR EXCHANGE.
We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us. We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface. This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes. Unused shoes must be returned within 21 days with a copy of the packing slip and a letter stating refund or exchange. Refund will be subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per pair. Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the shipping fee of $9.00 per pair with a U.S. shipping address. You will also be responsible for shipping and packaging charges both to and from your location for returns not as a result of our error. You must fill out the
Return/Exchange Form before any returns.

The following items are not returnable or refundable: all custom or special order items; all shipping charges.

Refunds for authorized returns will be issued (less the restocking fee and shipping charges) within 5 - 14 days of the Dance Shoes Store's receipt of the merchandise in its original resaleable condition.

Special Order Item

The special order item is made per your specifications, it is made just for you. They are non-refundable and non-returnable. The typical lead time is about 5 to 8 weeks after receipt of payment. Sometimes it may take longer than our estimated turnaround time due to unexpected factors. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing the special order.

Special Custom Order Cancellation Policies: Special custom orders require payment in advance. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours after the special order is placed for a full refund. Special orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours. For special circumstances, a 50% cancelation fee will be charged for canceling special custom orders or made-to-order shoes 48 hours after the order is placed and before the shipment.

Starting January 2022 amid current supply chain disruptions and logistics issues, and labor shortages, so all special orders and made-to-order shoes will take approximately 12 weeks to arrive (Instead of the 5 to 8 weeks stated on the website). Please call for more information.

Payment Options

For your convenience, Dance Shoes Store accepts Paypal (our Paypal account [email protected]) and major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Once the checkout is completed, your card will be billed & charged.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

In the event that a product on our site, or in our store, is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information supplied by our vendors, Dance Shoes Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product. Further, Dance Shoes Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of items with erroneous pricing or product information, and Dance Shoes Store cancels this order, Dance Shoes Store will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Sales Tax

Dance Shoes Store collects sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of California (10.00% orders placed after Oct 1, 2017). For orders shipped outside of California, but within the United States, Dance Shoes Store is not required to collect sales tax.

Credit Card Refunds

If you are eligible for a credit card refund, Dance Shoes Store will issue a refund to your credit card company between 5 to 14 days of the determination of your refund status. If you cancel an order, or received an incorrect order, the Dance Shoes Store will issue a refund to your credit card company within 5 to 14 days of notifying Dance Shoes Store of the cancellation or incorrect shipment. In the case of returns, your refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking and shipping fees) to your credit card company within 5 to 14 days of the Dance Shoes Store's receipt of your returned merchandise in its original condition.

Please note that, while Dance Shoes Store will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 14 days of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 14 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.

Cancellations

Some of the products offered for sale at Dance Shoes Store are kept in stock. You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and re-stocking fee. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Cancelling special orders that are in the manufacturing process will be subject to a 35% restocking charge. Custom, Special Orders (non-stock items) that are completed may not be cancelled.

Shipping Methods

Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Large orders are shipped via UPS. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge you $10 fees for incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. During check out process, you will be given shipping options of Free Shipping (UPS Ground), 3 Days Air, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.
UPS Next Day Air is only available to the 48 contiguous United States where UPS overnight delivery is available (UPS does not ship to PO Boxes). If your address qualify for Next Day Air, you can expect delivery according to the following schedule:

Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date. Shipments to US addresses that do not qualify for overnight delivery (for example, if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes) will be shipped via an alternative shipment method (such as USPS Mail), which can take 3-5 business days or longer, depending on the carrier.

Free Shipping

Shipping is FREE for all ground shipments within the 50 states of the USA. Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories. Free shipping is only available for orders placed online, by fax, or via email.

All deliveries to physical addresses within the continental United States are shipped via ground service FREE of charge unless stated otherwise.

International Shipping Charges

For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. Dance Shoes Store automatically calculates shipping charges thru our freight carrier's system, once you complete the shipping information stage, you will know the exact shipping charges.

For international shipping (Non-USA address), postage paid covers shipping. Custom's Taxes and Duties may apply for international shipping. It is our customer's responsibility to pay your local's customs taxes. Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender or/and being fined your local's customs. In this case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return shipping and all related costs occurred.Please check with your country policies for any fees that may occur.

For overnight express shipping, the Shipping & Handling charge will be quoted.

Inspecting Your Delivery

the Dance Shoes Store offers quality products from the best brand names, and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepacies within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of damaged contents or any shipping discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance immediately.

Delivery Times

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped the same day if ordered before 2:00 pm pacific time and your item is in our current inventory.

If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.

For out of stock items and custom order items, you will receive a "good-faith" estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
Out of stock items and custom order items may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. This timeline is considered to be an estimate.
