I belong to a dance group and we go out 2-stepping every Friday. I absolutely love these shoes! I didn''''''''''''''''t know how much of a difference I would experience vs regular shoes but my feet sure feel better. They are well cushioned in all the right places. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who dances a lot; and I do.
