I've been buying Very Fine shoes for years, and I've always been pleased with the quality. This pair was different because the liner in the back of the shoe sticks out and rubs the back of my heel. This wasn't the top of the shoe back; the shoe itself has a stiff inner part that seems to be cut too small for this shoe size (size 8) and the edge of that was cutting into my foot. A $5 pair of heel inserts from Target fixed this problem instantly. Now they are very comfortable. Five stars for the shoe, 1 star for the bad liner, so 3 stars overall. The return policy seems ok, but I would have paid at least $18 in shipping if I had exchanged them. Read the fine print.
