I purchased a pair of practice shoes with the title "16612 Black Nubuck_Thick Cuban Heel" and a picture with thick heels, and I picked 1.3" as the height of the shoes. Unfortunately, what I received did not have thick heels. I called the customer service and they told me that only the 2" heel is thick and they did not accept that the info in the website is misleading. They only gave me two options: 1)Returning them and order another pair. I had to pay two shipping cost (more than $20), one for returning the shoes and the other one for them to send me a new pair. 2)Returning the shoes and paying the shipping cost (about $12) and restocking fee ($15). It was a disappointing experience.
