Disappointed

I special ordered a narrow width and the front of these shoes were still too wide to hold my feet. Big gap. I was told I needed to reorder a different style to fit a narrow foot, but they charged me an extra $20 plus I have to pay S&H both ways. Plus the 1.3" heel is almost 2", which is much higher than expected.

Good Value For The Price

I took a chance, and ordered these shoes just weeks before a competition. They arrived in a timely manner -even including a few days delay from having been misdirected by the shipping company. Yet shipping was free, so who can complain? They were exactly as I had ordered them, and look just like the picture. However, I was a bit surprised to find that the upper was man-made leather-like material rather than "tan leather" as in the description. The shoes fit well, are true to size, and are comfortable to wear for several hours at a time. I have a wide foot, so I ordered 1/2 size up from my street shoe. This did result in the sole being a tiny bit too long for my foot. But this is much easier to deal with than a shoe that is too tight. This shoe is a great basic shoe. I would order from this company again.

Shoes

I bought these shoes and had to return them because the heel was too high. It measured 3" even though it says 2". I was really disappointed with the company policy mainly. It took too long to receive the shoes and upon return they charged me $15 restock fee plus I spent $10. shipping the item. Never will I do business with this company again.
