Fast delivery and prompt attention to size issues

I placed an online order for these shoes on August 21, 2018. The order arrived promptly in about a week. I tried on the shoes and they were a bit too small. Note that while the website information instructs to order your regular shoe size, one needs to make sure that the size works if you are ordering latin shoes because of the heel. I followed the online return process and returned the shoes paying for the shipping fee for the return on about September 6, 2018. My replacement pair arrived very promptly and the shoes fit fine.

No other shoe compares

I have boguht other brands and they are just not the same. Buying somewhere else cheaper is not always a good thing. I would rather spend a couple of extra dollars here and get a good quality shoe!

Great shoes. I have not danced in a while and when I pulled out my old dancing shoes I realized that I needed a replacement. I live in a rural area so I do not have the option of going to a store to try on sizes. Buying shoes online is always a crapshoot but I came across DanceShoesStore.com and decided to give them a try. Long story short , I ended up ordering a five pairs and returning four in order to find the perfect fit. When I called them on Sunday afternoon a kind understanding knowledgeable person answered all my questions. The final pair fits like a glove and they credited all the returned shoes ( I'm sorry! !). I hate taking new shoes on with me to travel but I have no regrets for this pair. I have now spend 3 weeks in Argentina dancing the Tango in my new shoes. Great investment!
