Defective product, great costumer service

Unfortunately the pair I got was defective and the sole of the shoe came off during a performance after only two weeks of wearing them to practice. I was highly disappointed and very lucky not to injury myself with the shoe like that. The shoe is beautiful, the colors look great with everything, the design if very original and, overall, fit well. The buckle came undone a couple of times during practice because it was a little loose at the top. The shoes arrives on time in the mail and packaged well. After my incident with the shoe, I contacted costumer service to inform them what had happened. Their response was very professional and they did right. I was very upset at first but after they handled the situation professionally and correctly, I might buy from them again (after the scare of the last pair goes away fully) because it might have been just a defective pair and not a defective line of shoes.

Love the SERA1700 shoes

I have a wide foot and choose the low-cut-across-the-toes design for that reason. My shoes fit perfectly. I love them. I danced in them for over 2 hours with not issues. Love them.

Great shoes!

I bought these shoes for a ballroom competition. It was a bit uncomfortable at first to break them, just like any other dance shoe. The shipment was fast and efficient. Once they were broken they just felt amazing and looked amazing. Perfect heel height with straps that support your feet and it is a great looking shoe. I love them.

Occupational therapist

The shoe is stylist but alightläsk slightly stoff in the mold. Nice paddel and fits well in your size mine is a 8. Live in Sweden an got it in a hweek😄 Negativ is that the Colorado is more begige in the reality then in the picture.
