Too small

For several years I've previously worn a size 8 in this exact model and they were getting a bit tight (I've gained a few pounds) so I ordered a size 8.5, but they are actually smaller than my old size 8. I understand that a different manufacturer now makes the shoes and the sizes are clearly about 1/2 size smaller than advertised.

Much too small

I normally wear a 12-wide street shoe. I wasn't even able to get my foot all the way into this shoe. This certainly isn't wide in any meaningful sense. Maybe OK for someone who wears a 10.5 or 11 regular. Shoes barely left the box but I still had to pay $15 restocking fee and $12 to re-ship. Very disappointed with the whole transaction.

My husband had to return the first pair that were the same size he had ordered before- size 10. The replacement shoes were 10 1/2 and did fit well and are very comfortable. However, even though the company sent the new ones "free of charge" minus $9 handling fee, we still had to pay for the shoes to be returned for exchange. In other words, it cost us an additional $27.

Too Small

Much too small for the size advertised. I normally wear a 10-1/2, and have ordered similar shoes, in wide width here previously in 10-1/2, having them fit perfectly. The sizing or template must have changed as 10-1/2 does not fit any longer, and seems to be a 1/2-size or a full size too small.
