Good Competitive Shoe

Nice competitive shoe for American Smooth, and even International Standard. My daughter started with this shoe and has continued to wear this style two years later. It has good coverage of the toes/toe box and a nice shapely heel. Only criticism is that the color isn't very nice. The website color doesn't truly capture how the shoe looks in person. The actual color is more like a pale gold with a yellow undertone - not a tan, not a flesh-tone color.

Fit me a little wide

Shoes fit me a little wide but oerall it was a really good shoe, I put in some gel spot cushions and those hlped fill on the sides. Other than that the shoes fit me good in length

Mom loves her new dance shoes!

Got these shoes for my mom and she loves them! She said they feel really comfortable and did not need to add an insert. Shoes were well cushioned. I ordered her regular shoe size.

Gorgeous, but tight across the sides

This shoe is gorgeous on the foot, the construction is solid, and the quick release buckles easy to use. However, a caution on sizing: I ordered a normal width in my size (9) which I would wear in comparable open-toed shoes, and it was a bit too tight across the top for me. I have somewhat high arches, so it was only tight where the top of my foot sloped dramatically. Since I know the shoes will stretch some with use, I'm going to see how that goes. If I reorder, though, I will likely try a wide width, instead.

Dancer

This is the most comfortable "smooth" shoe I've ever had. Very pleased to have shoes actually be pleasant to wear. I have flat, narrow feet that are very hard to fit because the toe box is always too big. This shoe is the same but because of the buckle at the ankle it holds the foot back in the shoe, as it should be. There is a bit too much room in the toe box but not so much that I have to add inserts right now. Once they stretch out a little, inserts will be necessary for my narrow foot. The shoe is more on the narrow side though, so if you have wide feet, not sure this is the best shoe for you.
