Shoe lace unraveled

The shoes are comfortable, and I was able to dance all day in them. However, the third time I put them on the shoe lace on one of the shoes snagged somehow and the black cover unraveled so that white showed on part of the shoe lace. It's so annoying to have brand new shoes do this.

10-1/2 were not available, so I accepted size 10, and that was good. My street shoe size is 9 US. In 2009, my son gave me a 9-1/2 VFSN002. I liked them very much but they were a little short in length that is why I ordered the 10-1/2 based on instruction on the web site. The size 10 I accepted are very much longer/bigger than my old 9-1/2. I added shoe pad inserts and wear thicker socks to make them fit. I may have to add another layer of padding to make them perfect. My conclusion: The shoes are now made bigger for the same size than in previous years. The new 9-1/2 will probably fit me best. These are great shoes although I like the feel and grip of the rubbers sole of the old batch in 2009 better. I would but the same shoes again when I need replacement, but probably in size 9-1/2.

Retired

I have been wearing this company's and this model shoe since 2003. A total of 8 pairs. It's always been very comfortable since day one. In 2011, I moved away from L.A. and could not try them on in person therefore I recently bought Birch and Capizo brands but had to return them because there were too tight. Last week I bought this model online and again it's very comfortable from day one.

Because of the COVID-19 crisis, I haven't tried dancing in my new dance sneakers, but I have been wearing them during my workout sessions, and their flexibility and protection of the balls of my feet has been wonderful.

Comfortable dance sneakers

These sneakers are more comfortable than other dance sneakers because their ankles are high. I already ordered several pairs.
